Kinobo Studios Limited ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information Homeschooly collects and how it is processed. Homeschooly itself does not collect personal information from users. The app uses a third-party subscription management service (RevenueCat) to provide and manage subscription purchases; RevenueCat will process purchase-related information as described below.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Homeschooly does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact details (unless you voluntarily provide them to us in a support message or email).
• Location data (GPS).
• Photos, media, or files from your device.
• Messages or in-app content you create.
• Advertising identifiers or analytics data (unless you explicitly enable optional features that request them).

3. Third-Party Service — RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions (receipt validation, restore purchases, entitlement sync across devices). RevenueCat will collect and process purchase-related data such as purchase events, subscription status, renewal dates, and an anonymous App User ID necessary to manage entitlements.

Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment card details.

4. Legal Rights & Relevant Laws

Because Homeschooly itself does not collect personal data, most routine privacy requests (access, deletion, portability) may relate to data held by RevenueCat. RevenueCat provides mechanisms and documentation for data subject requests under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other laws. If you request assistance, we will help coordinate with RevenueCat where appropriate.

5. Data Retention

Homeschooly retains no personal data because it does not collect personal data. RevenueCat retains purchase-related records per its policies. Should you wish to delete the details RevenueCat have for your purchase history, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete your account within 90 days.

6. International Transfers

RevenueCat is a US-based provider and may process data in the United States and other jurisdictions. RevenueCat publishes information about its data processing terms and safeguards. Contact us if you need more detail about international transfer safeguards.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information under our control. RevenueCat maintains security controls for the subscription service. No system can guarantee 100% security; if you have concerns, contact us and we will investigate.
